Specialized in Managing Commercial & Contractual activities in various forms such as CCDC (Canada), JCT & NEC (UK) & FIDIC (Red, Yellow, Silver) in Construction, Hydrocarbon, Utility & Marine Industry. Had successfully managed end-to-end commercial activities for major organizations in Qatar where was responsible from the tender evaluation, estimation and bidding until contracts management and close out.
For the past decade, had been managing Commercial / Contractual requirements of company dealing with QP and Subsidiaries such as Q-Chem, QAFCO, QAPCO and NOC. Also, knowledgeable in Ashghal Projects, CRA (Communications Regulatory Authority) Dispute Resolution Framework and Bank-Funded Projects.

Perform regular Risk Analysis & Maintain Mitigation Plans. Analyse Cash Flow while preparing IPCs. Custodian of Client Contracts, Agency Contracts, Premium Thread Agreements, Service Agreements, Insurance Policies, Guarantee Bonds, Performance Bonds & Warranty Certificates.
Completed Post Graduation from London Business College and an active Member from Chartered Institute of Builders (MCIOB-UK), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIARb-UK), Associate Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS), National Contracts Management Association (NCMA-USA) and Project Management Professional (PMI-USA)
