Mr. Divij Kumar is an advocate and international arbitration scholar candidate at the White & Case International Arbitration LL.M. program in the United States. He has six years of industrial experience and focuses on international dispute settlement and international law.

He has been associated with the award-winning, world-renowned expert, Professor Dr. Julien Chaisse, since 2021 and in Miami, he continues to work with John H. Rooney, Jr., an international independent arbitrator.

As an alumnus of the prestigious Hague Academy of International Law (HAIL), the Geneva Centre for International Disputes Settlement (CIDS) Latin American International Arbitration Course (LAIAC), his academic accomplishments are commensurate with his professional experience as he was associated with the teams representing parties in some of the most recent high-volume investment and international commercial arbitrations.
