Abhishek is an Advocate enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi, who has completed his BA.LLB (Hons) from School of Law, Christ (Deemed to be University) Bangalore. He is currently an Associate Advocate at the Chambers of Senior Advocate Ratan Kumar Singh.
He is experienced in matters pertaining to Civil Procedure Code, Arbitration Law, Building & Construction Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy law, etc. and has appeared before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Trial Courts and Tribunals. His expertise also includes drafting various petitions, reply, complainants, notices etc. as well as conducting extensive research on different propositions of law.
Furthermore, he has worked as a Knowledge Management and Business Development Associate at Fiducia Legal Advocates and Solicitors.
His keen interest in law and legal research has led him to become a part as a founder and managing director of Nyashastram, a fast-growing law blog and e-learning platform that organizes various Moot Court Competitions and ADR related Competitions.
