A disputes specialist, Christopher's expertise lies in advising on contentious construction and infrastructure projects. Christopher's practice includes having successfully acted for owners and contractors alike in international arbitration, litigation, adjudication and mediation in both Australia and the Middle East.

A further significant component of Christopher's practice is the provision of ongoing project advice, not limited to claims preparation and consulting regarding both delay and disruption, extensions of time, variations and contractual interpretation of FIDIC, FIDIC-based, standard form and bespoke building contracts among others.

This contentious background enables Christopher to provide measured advice in respect of non-contentious aspects of project contracting, both upstream and downstream, including risk profiling.
