Madeline is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and surbodinate courts practicing commercial and corporate law. She founded iResolve in 2014 providing for ADR services. She takes on appointments as arbitrator, mediator or adjudicator. Ms. Kimei further serves as an arbitral secretary in complex disputes.
She is the current President of Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators (TIArb), a Director and consultant to the Tanzania International Arbitration Centre (TIAC). On the international arena, Ms. Kimei is a member of the ICC Court of Arbitration, member of the SIAC's Africa User's Council and also member of the LACIAC Court of Arbitration.
