A specialist in family law and child arrangements, Linda is a family solicitor, collaborative lawyer, accredited family mediator, child inclusive mediator, hybrid mediator, children arbitrator and mentor to law students. Linda is an accredited expert with Resolution, specialising in cohabitees and private children proceedings and she is ranked as a leading individual in ‘Chambers and Partners’ legal directory.

Linda qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in 1993 and in England & Wales in 1995. She holds practising certificates in both jurisdictions. Linda has been a family mediator since 1999 and became a children arbitrator in 2017.
