Job Title: Adjudication, Party Wall surveyor, Building Surveyor, Chartered Builder.

Areas of Expertise:

Lee assists either the 'Employer' or the 'Contractor' in construction disputes. The majority of the issues revolve around claims, for example, of bad workmanship, non payment for work carried out, contractor has received money but has not completed the work. He has also prepared reports on disputes for the courts.

Much of Lee's work involves working as a party wall surveyor and currently has been granted permission to appeal a recent High Court decision relating to a party wall dispute. The implications of the decision will be huge to the party wall community.
