Mr Denny Lin is admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from SUSS, Singapore, and a Bachelor of Arts in Recording Arts with 1st class Honours from Middlesex University, UK. He also has a Specialist Diploma in Relationship and Marital Counselling, a Diploma in Audio Engineering and a Diploma in International Arbitration.

Denny was an Associate Lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic and had more than 20-years of experience in the education sector alone. He previously held the position of Legal General Manager at a Singapore law firm prior to joining INTEGRO LAW CHAMBERS in 2021. Between 2013 to 2020, Denny personally handled close to 10,000 conveyancing transactions of quantum up to $22-Million in a single case (2861 cases in year 2018 alone). His prior law firm attained The Straits Times Singapore’s Best Law Firms award for year 2021 in the conveyancing category.

Mr Denny had handled cases from many local and overseas Banks and financial institution(s), and has expertise in the complex end of the conveyancing spectrum and this includes, properties under trust, part-share purchases and sales, transfer of properties, transactions pursuant to Court Orders, purchase of recess areas, amalgamation of lands, transactions involving shop-houses or mixed-use developments, transactions involving bankrupts or the Official Assignee, and administration of a deceased’s estate.

Mr Denny is also a trained Counsellor/Psychotherapist, an internationally accredited Mediator with specialist training in family law, collaborative family practice, cross-border disputes and arbitration.

He hopes to be able to contribute more towards therapeutic justice in family law and community work through counselling, mediation, alternative dispute resolution and litigation.
