I have extensive experience in providing strategic and contractual advice as well as claims and disputes services to owners and contractors on large construction projects with diverse contractual arrangements and procurement setups.
I aided clients on some of the largest mega projects in the Middle East including airports, power plants, metros, industrial facilities, urban infrastructure, and high-rise hotels and residential complexes.
I provided services tailored to the unique requirements of every client including drafting of merit reports, claims, and claim assessments in relation to extension of time, prolongation cost, and disruption claims. I also advised clients in relation to contractual risks and contract management and provided various bespoke tender management and contract administration services.
