Job Title: Contracts and Planning Manager

Areas of Expertise:

I have a considerable experience as an Engineering Professional with expertise in Projects, and Man-Management. I have been involved in a variety of projects and assignments. My main expertise is in contracts administration and contracts management. My responsibilities included management, analysis, evaluation, coordination and inspection for different types of buildings and multi-disciplinary projects. I possess solid business and management skills in strategic, financial and resource planning.

As a Professional Engineer I have utilised my experience to identify stakeholders, interpret and ensure clients’ needs, establish clear objectives and key deliverables. I have managed all aspects of a project including contract management, construction site management, change management and commissioning.

I have worked in the Palm Resort in the DeadSea for one year as site engineer. Then I moved to England to gain more experience in construction management. After that I worked as a project engineer in Ma’an Development Area in The South of Jordan with WARA Project Management in a luxurious student housing project with 35,000m2 gross area. Then I worked for two years in Gulf Technical Construction Company, A Drake and Scull International PJS-Company, as a Contracts Administrator in Dubai, UAE Afterwards, I moved to Kuwait and worked as a Senior Contracts Administrator with Heavy Engineering Industries and Shipbuilding Company (HEISCO). Currently, I am working as a Contracts Administration Manager with United Real Estate Company/ United Building Company.

Currently, I’m undertaking a master degree in Construction Law and Arbitration MSc/LLM from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen-UK. I am a Fellow member at the Chartered Institution of Arbitrators (CIArb). I am a chartered member in RICS, a Certified Contract Manager - Associate (CCMA) by IACCM and have obtained the PMI-CCE which provide more credibility in the Contracts Field.

I possess strong oral and written communication skills and I’m very comfortable with customer and internal presentations. I consider myself highly motivated to achieve and succeed.
