Partner and commercial litigation team lead in the dispute resolution group at B P Collins LLP - a leading UK firm in London and the Thames Valley.

I advise on a range of disputes and trading issues of national and international scope across all industry sectors, and have particular experience in environmental energy, construction / insurance, tech., pharma., and commercial sport & media.

English law qualified. Substantial experience of litigation and ADR including mediation, and UK domestic & international arbitration (incl. ICC, LCIA, SIAC, UNCITRAL and CAS rules), industry-specific arbitrations (e.g., GAFTA, FOSFA, BCA rules). Experience has included disputes in England & Wales, Europe, USA, Asia, and offshore.

Ranked in UK legal directories for commercial litigation and environmental law; Chambers and/or The Legal 500 recommendations in 2017; 2018; 2019; 2020; 2021; 2022; 2023 and 2024. Won 2019 Solicitor-Advocate of the Year at regional Law Society Excellence Awards.
