Advising a client within the oil and gas sector on expert determination procedures relating to a dispute which bothers on the violation of the Petroleum (Local content and Local participation) Regulations, 2012, L.I 2204 in respect of the award of a compressor contract.

Advised and initiated a high-level labour arbitration which required interpretation before the Ghanaian High Court as to whether the parties to the arbitration agreement agreed to resolve their dispute through arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts as a result of a pathological clause in the employment contract, which clause gives both arbitration and litigation exclusivity for any dispute that arose from the agreement.

Advising a client within the construction and infrastructure industry on litigation funding options for an ICC arbitration as agreed by parties.

Advising and representing a client in the recognition and enforcement of an international arbitration award relating to the recovery of a facility granted to a mining services company.
