Job Title: IP and Tech Litigator, MCIArb, Adjunct Professor of Law

Areas of Expertise:

Mira's practice focuses on complex patent, trademark, trade secret, and technology disputes. She draws upon her international professional experience to understand each client's objectives, strengths, and values to counsel and select the most fitting approach, be it litigation or ADR, to craft lasting solutions.

Mira is named by her peers as Best Lawyers "Ones to Watch" in IP Litigation, and appointed to the International Trademark Association's (INTA's) ADR Committee. She has presented and moderated seminars on Biotechnology and Genomic Engineering at the University of Science and Technology of China, Comparative Arbitration Practices in the US and the EU, the Trademark Modernization Act 2020, the Defend Trade Secrets Act, Online Dispute Resolution, and public policy ramifications of consumer arbitration.

She is a member of the Warren E. Burger Inn of Court, the Federal Bar Association, and serves on the Board of the Minnesota Justice Foundation. Mira is involved in her local community as a tutor, mentor, and Adjunct Professor of Law. She focuses on anti-corruption efforts in her international professional community.

Mira earned her J.D., cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law, and her certification in Global Arbitration Law and Practice from Queen Mary University of London School of Law, London, UK. She entered law school as a Mitchell Fellow, won the Kirwin Prize for Representation and Ethics, was named in the Dean's List, won the CALI award for top score, served as school ambassador, and was selected to compete in the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria, where she was invited to return as an Arbitrator and continues to so serve.

Mira loves new neighborhoods, old theaters, unexpected books on the shelves, and silvery skies. She is multi-lingual, and happily, has had the privilege to travel in over 34 countries for business, education, and pleasure. Mira and her family look forward to resuming their adventures.
