Shane is a Senior Legal Manager in Ogier’s Hong Kong-based Dispute Resolution team. Shane is called to the bar in Ireland, Northern Ireland, England and Wales and the British Virgin Islands. His practice focuses on complex and cross-border corporate insolvencies, as well as commercial litigation and trusts litigation. Recent developments in British Virgin Islands law have seen an increased use of arbitration in the insolvency sphere. Shane is a Fellow of INSOL International.
