Areas of Expertise:

I advise clients on commercial property matters, primarily Landlord & Tenant issues such as rent reviews and lease renewals.

This includes reporting as expert valuation witness in Arbitration and Independent Expert disputes, as well as providing expert witness reports for litigation and court procedures.

I primarily advise on commercial properties in London and the South East, though have acted throughout the UK. Typically, this is for industrial buildings, storage and distribution warehouses, mixed-use/hybrid properties, business parks, offices and retail premises.
