Morgan has extensive experience in project management, multi-disciplinary team management, health & safety and performance of related statutory roles, project planning - particularly highway and building projects, procurement, contract administration, contract management and dispute resolution. He has provided independent construction claims advice to both Contractors and Employers in respect of assessment / preparation of quantum and extension of time claims, and has negotiated numerous final accounts both on road construction and other construction projects.
He has a very strong track record in the management and delivery of significant civil engineering projects for both public and private sectors from inception stage through the planning, design and procurement phases to the final construction phase
