My past experience and expertise can be briefed as follows:

• 18 years of professional experience in Turkey, USA, UAE, Russia, Libya, Oman and Iraq
• Main expertise on Contracts and Claims Management; e.g. contracts preparation and negotiation, contractual correspondence, subcontract management, preparation of other contractual documents (NDAs, MOUs, LOAs etc.), claims preparation (incl. narrative, quantum and delay analysis), negotiation and determination, involved in arbitration processes. Also supported the relevant departments such as business development and tendering.
• Expertise on Project Management, Project Controls (including planning (with Primavera) and cost control)
• Experience in different types of large-scale international projects, in multinational environments, e.g., EPC Oil and Gas Projects, Power Plants, Pipelines, Airports, Rail Projects, Highways, Cable Stay Bridges, Logistics Parks, Production Plants etc.
• Having diversified experiences on different parties of the projects, such as working on behalf of Clients, Contractors and Engineers/ Consultants.
