Devaki Nanda is a result-oriented and diligent professional offering 15 years (10 Yrs Gulf Experience) of expertise in implementing Commercial Management for Infrastructure Projects.

Having a Master's Degree in Construction and Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, added to years of experience, enhances his competencies and skillset in implementing fit-for-purpose business strategies, dispute resolution, interpretation of contract conditions, minimising commercial risks and working towards maximising project's profitability.

He also underwent legal and contractual training; gained profound knowledge on various forms of Contracts (FIDIC Suites) and enhanced his skills for better Contract Administration. Currently pursuing LLM from RGU in Construction Law and Arbitration
