Daniel Nicholas Putra Pakpahan is a legal consultant and independent researcher aspiring to become an international law generalist and dispute management specialist.

By being key contributor in various global research projects as well as working in law firms and international organization dealing with cross-border activities at a very young age, Daniel amassed unique experience, both academic and practical, in the fields of international dispute resolution and commercial law.

This Bali born and raised has scored numerous achievements across 10+ international moots (including the Philip C. Jessup, Willem C. Vis, and FDI Moots) during his undergraduate studies either as competitor or coach, reflecting his proficiency in research and advocacy, on top of an unwavering enthusiasm in international law and interdisciplinary legal studies. Daniel graduated from Universitas Indonesia in 2021, widely known as the best university in Indonesia, majoring in International Trade Law. His stellar track record earned him an honorable mention as one of the Faculty's Most Outstanding Students in 2020.
