I am civil engineer with +15 years exp. I have a good experience in construction projects management , Alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediation , contracts management multimillion projects.

Having a good legal background that affect the construction industry in Jordan with a lot of contractual , technical connections within Jordan and outside Jordan.

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and delegate responsibility between the project team to meet time-lines and budgets.

Knowledge of FIDIC, Conditions of Contract and Tender procedures, negotiations, contract agreements and project costs including generating all correspondence, letters and contractual communications . Preparing Budgets and Financial Reporting , Preparing procurement policies and documents , Establishing and monitoring Project Management procedures and processes .

having a good experience in Contracts Management, Fidic , Arbitratorion , Disputes Resolution , Quantity Surveying , Delay Analysising , Projects Managment , Mediation
