Elly Obegi is an Associate in Anjarwalla & Khanna LLP’s (A&K) Dispute Resolution department. Elly advises and represents clients on a wide array of civil, commercial and tax disputes. He principally acts on domestic and international arbitration, direct and indirect tax matters, regional integration matters and land and environment matters.

He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Registered Tax Agent.

Prior to joining A&K, Elly was a Senior Associate in the Tax Controversy & Dispute Resolution practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Kenya.
