• Counsel and co-counsel in several cases governed by ICC and CRCICA Rules within different fields (e.g.: construction, dredging works, allocation of gas and condensate under processing & transportation agreements , establishment of a factory to produce embossed and ring films, execution of a water supply & sanitation contracts, sale and purchase of shares in a medical laboratories joint stock company, media).
• Served as a “Legal Expert” in LCIA arbitration involving multi-million dollars claims in London (2016).
• Represented clients in several cases filed before the Egyptian High Court of Appeal related to the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.
