Divine Dotse Tettey has over a decade's cumulative experience in corporate financial advisory, investment banking, private equity fund management, industrial operations and law practice. He is a trained lawyer and has been called to the Ghana bar.

He began his career as an investment banking analyst working for the Accra and Lagos offices of a West Africa focused private equity and investment banking firm. He has extensive experience in Private Equity investments across West Africa having been involved in deal origination, execution and closing in Ghana, Nigeria, Liberia, Cote D’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Niger and Mali.

Divine has had stints at the law firm, JLD & MB Legal Consultancy and at the Legal Department of Access Bank (Ghana) Plc. He also trained at the prestigious law firm, Kulendi@Law and worked as a founding partner at Cudjoe and Dotse PRUC before starting Dotse@Law. Divine has keen interest and expertise in Trade, Investments and Labour law as well as Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Structured Finance, Capital Markets, Arbitration and Civil litigation.

He holds a Bsc in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from the University of Cape Coast, an LLB from the University of London and a BL from the Ghana school of law. Divine is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and has also undertaken the Ghana Stock Exchange Securities Industry Courses which qualifies him as a Dealing Officer of the Ghana Stock Exchange. He has participated in a number of conferences and workshops including the Private Equity Forum at Oxford University, UK.
