Contracts and Claims Engineer graduated from Faculty of Engineering Ain-Shams University, PRMG/CLAC Certificate Holder, admitted as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb®) and PMP® certified, currently working in Al-Shaafar General Contracting (ASGC) with 4 years of solid experience in the Construction Management field, namely Contracts and Claims Management for multitude of Projects with total sum of circa 30 Billion EGP , excel at examining, analyzing, negotiating, and revising contracts, evaluating and reviewing contracts on continuous basis to ensure financial and functional requirements are met, maintaining a repository of all contract documentation, reviewing contracts with all departments concerned, moreover resolving all contractual forms during project validity, preparing relevant contractual correspondences in timely-manner, and further assisting in preparing claims and complete claims' submittals (Disruption, Constructive Acceleration, Additional Cost and Prolongation) with the whole amount of circa 200 Million EGP, in furtherance, coordinating Project Close-Out Procedures including manuals, warranties, and As-built drawings.
