3. Negotiations with contractors who may default or have defaulted on Capital Infrastructure Contracts (FIDIC and other forms) on behalf of the client /employer.
4. Advised employers and clients on potential effects of breach of contracts by themselves or other contracting parties as it relates to construction and engineering.
