Damla is part of the CMS Infrastructure, Construction and Energy Disputes team. Based in Istanbul, Damla specialises in international construction dispute resolution and has experience working on large-scale energy, infrastructure and commercial projects, providing advice in the run-up to and after the commencement of dispute resolution process.
Damla advises clients on disputes arising under most standard forms of contract, and has experience representing clients under the ICC, SIAC and SCC rules. In addition to her commercial arbitration experience, she regularly assists clients in investment treaty arbitrations brought under the ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICC rules.
