Emmanuel Turatsinze is a business lawyer, co-founder and Executive Partner at Attorneys House (www.attorneyshouse.rw), a medium size commercial law firm based in Kigali, Rwanda. He is equally a Law Lecturer at University of Rwanda, National Police College (Rwanda) and a part-time trainer at the Institute of Legal Practice and Development.

He is an experienced attorney in complex business and commercial law, both at the domestic and international leve. He has represented in lead capacity business entities before Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Kigali International Arbitration Centre as Lead counsel for defense/respondent. He has also been trusted in business disputes to act a Sole Arbitrator. Emmanuel is also a professional mediator, accredited by the Supreme Court of Rwanda to intervene in court-assisted mediation sessions.

He is a PhD researcher at VU Amsterdam University from September 2020, and his research is about "Corporate Restructuring in bankruptcy proceedings, covering the bankruptcy systems of the USA, EU and Africa.
