 +15 years working for local and international organizations and firms (UNDP-Lebanon and Iraq, ITCILO-Italy, Crown Agents-UK and Japan, CIPS-UK, PLANET-Greece, Ed Zublin AG-Germany…)
 +15 years of Tenders and Contracts Management under various donor’s funded programmes (World Bank, EU, JICA, UN/Agencies, DFID, Arab Fund…)
 +10 Years working in senior positions in the capacity of Grants Manager, Senior Programme Officer, and Team Leader for various donor’s funded programmes
 +15 years implementing local and international projects covering infrastructure, sustainable development and governance and public procurement reform, education, health, and institutional capacity assessment and development and covering various phases of the Project Lifecycle including “Monitoring and Evaluation”
 +11 years’ experience in capacity assessment, building, training, and relevant tutoring: conducting various certified Training Programs, Conferences, and Workshops in Project, Procurement, and Contract Management in Arabic, English, and/or French
 Maintained excellent reputation with various Donors, and key Ministries and Administrations in Lebanon and in Iraq and reputable International Consulting Firms.
