Areas of Expertise:
Undertook MSc in Construction Law under Prof Uff and Prof Capper part time while working as an architect 1997 to 1999. Undertook Award Writing CIArb course and passed Award Writing exam becoming a fellow of CIArb in 2006.
Wrote Adjudication decisions to real cases as they arose under guidance of two barrister / surveyors before passing interview to be on RIBA panel of adjudicators in 2009.
Has been interviewed and placed on the CIArb panel of adjudicators and two other adjudication panels since then.
Continues adjudication CPD with CIArb and Adj Society also regularly submits decisions for critical review to barristers and distinguished adjudicators to learn from feedback.
Keeps up to date on construction law and adjudication case law.
