Overall 10 years of experience, as a legal researcher and general practitioner in the areas of corporate law, banking and finance, with a three years intensified experience in the field of Arbitration and dispute settlements in Egypt.
Also, served as the legal counsel of Africa and Europe for one of Egypt's leading companies in Electricity where I was responsible for handling all cross border transactions (corporate structure, finance, M&As, SPAs, SHAs, PPPs and joint ventures) as well as offering various legal opinions.
Currently, serving as the general counsel of one of Egypt’s leading construction companies where my duties mainly involve reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts with local and international public and private sectors, conducting legal due diligence, drafting legal memoranda, performing legal compliance check in several jurisdictions (Egypt, Africa, Europe and emerging markets).
