I am a Multi-lingual Chartered Engineer and a Delay Analyst for Construction Disputes.

I am the Lead Assistant to the Appointed Expert and managing a team of Consultants within Construction Advisory Practice for Expert Witness Services under Arbitration matters for more than ten (10) occassions.

I provide Construction Contracts Claims, any time-related Claims, Project Scheduling, and Extension of Time advice to clients when the firm is engaged to do so on a retainer basis for live projects serving clients in Malaysia, Japan, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Oman, China, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

Prior to being a Consultant, I was a Senior Planner for Main Contractor involved in various kinds of EPC / Design and Build Projects with hands-on Project Planning Primavera P6 experience in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical Plants and Railway Metro Projects for more than 22 types of Contracts. I was appointed in roles such as Engineer, Site Planner, and Senior Project Planner mainly involved in Planning and Scheduling, Project Controls and Monitoring, EOT and Delay Analysis from the bidding stage, pre-contract, and execution until post contract period.

I started my career as an Engineer for Panasonic Malaysia under Engineering Department. I issued Product and Parts Specifications, Data sheets and conducted Life Tests on Electronic products. I was in charge of Capacitor's Research, Value Engineering works for Electronic Devices products with cost savings I made more than 400k USD per annum.

I am actively in charge of an in-house Delay Analysis seminar in English / Malay / Japanese for Local and International clients. I am an International Professional Registration Advisor (PRA) and assist Malaysian applicants with IET Professional Registration works as a volunteer.
