I am Gold Medallist in Law. I am a practicing Advocate in the High Court of Gujarat, India, and currently working with Solatio Legal firm, Gujarat, India handling their Arbitration matters. I also work as Legal Advisor with Keshvani & Associates, Gujarat, India.
I am the Co-founder of the firm Gateway2ADR. I am an Empanelled Arbitrator with the Indian Council of Arbitration, one of the leading arbitration centers in the Asia Pacific, handling domestic and international arbitration cases established under initiatives of GOI. I am a Certified Arbitrator and Mediator with the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation. I have also completed 45 hours of training on commercial mediation and negotiation conducted by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. I also serve as a Member of the ADR Committee, Gujarat Chamber of Commerce. In addition, I am an impanelled ADR practitioner with SAMA and Jupitice ODR platforms. In addition, I am a Member of the Aga Khan Development Network, Regional Conciliation and Arbitration Board for Northern & Eastern Gujarat, India.
I have worked as a Manager in the Banking Ombudsman Department of the Reserve Bank of India. My work has given me a lot of exposure to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and strengthened my belief in the ADR mechanism.
