Adeyinka is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK; an internationally accredited Mediator of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), UK; a Certified Mediator of the International Mediation Institute (IMI), The Hague, Netherlands and a Certified Trainer of the Standing Conference of Mediation Advocates (SCMA), UK. She is a certified ODREurope/ADR Point On-line Dispute Resolution Practitioner.

She is an accomplished speaker, author and renowned trainer in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

She is the immediate past Director of the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC), the First Court connected Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Centre in Africa where she garnered tremendous experience in Arbitration and Mediation practice covering different aspects of commercial and business Law.

She sits on the Governing Council of the Edo State and Oyo State Multi-Door Courthouses.

She is known for her well-reasoned and detailed Arbitral Awards where she pays exceptional attention to detail. She currently serves as the Managing Partner of Atticus Allen Consulting, a prominent Dispute Resolution Consulting Firm.
