Job Title: CEO of the RAC and Director of the ICLRC

Areas of Expertise:

Yulia has been working in the Russian Arbitration Center at the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration (RAC) (Moscow) since the very beginning of the project in 2016. Since March 2023, Yulia works as CEO of the RAC. In her current capacity, she supervises the activities of the RAC, as well as she is actively involved in promoting arbitration domestically and internationally. Prior to that, Yulia served as a legal counsel and was involved in arbitral proceedings administered by the RAC as an assistant to arbitral tribunals. For more than three years, Yulia also served as Executive Administrator and led the RAC Administrative Office.

In March 2023 Yulia has also become Director of the International and Comparative Law Research Center.

Before launching the RAC, Yulia practiced litigation and arbitration in one of the oldest Russian law firms. Furthermore, she has a Master’s degree in private law and now is working on a Ph.D. project at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
