I am Kunal Mishra, a fellow member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. I am working as a Contracts Engineer in National Marine Dredging Company, Abu Dhabi, UAE. I am particularly involved in managing pre and post contract stage contractual and commercial issues, contract negotiations, claims, dispute resolution, and subcontract management.

I am having 12.5 years of experience into contracting firms and I have successfully managed various projects related to high rise buildings, marine / dredging works, road and bridge works located in UAE and India. I have effectively managed to settle the high value claims and the disputes while working with these firms.
