Commercial professional with a vast array of experience underpinned with academic qualifications. My work includes commercial management, claims management, defending claims, claims preparation, contract reviews and providing advice covering a variety of different sectors and schemes. My professional appointments include being a CIArb President Panel Adjudicator, an RICS Construction Panel Adjudicator, a CIC Panel Adjudicator and a UK Adjudicator panel member. I am a registered Expert Witness and and have been court appointed as a single joint expert along with direct appointments from representing solicitors.
