Faiz is a Senior Consultant with 8 years of experience spanning roles from a Production Engineer, Program Engineer and Automation Engineer in manufacturing industry to a Planning Engineer in civil construction and Delay Analyst in dispute resolution services.
Faiz has worked on projects in Asia and Middle East region. His skills include Assistance to Experts in providing Expert Witness Services (Delay and Disruption) in relation to Arbitration, Adjudication and Litigation, preparing programmes and schedules, prepare quantity estimates for planning and scheduling, programme review, and delay analysis for EOT, prolongation and disruption claims.
Faiz’s Oil and Gas experience covers transportation & installation, hook up and commissioning for wellhead platforms and Subsea pipelines. LNG regasification platform topsides fabrication and LNG ship repairs at MMHE shipyard in Malaysia.
Faiz is proficient in software such as SAP R3, MS Project, Primavera P6, Bentley’s Synchro, AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Faiz is responsible as an Assistant to Experts in providing Expert Witness Services in international arbitrations under the rules of ICC, LCIA, SIAC, AAA, AIAC, LMAA, etc.
Faiz’s Project Control experience has related to preparing Programme/Planning and project execution relating to oil & gas, rail, infrastructure, building, and power plants.
