Darcy has worked as a site-based Project Manager and assigned the responsibility of Principal Agent / Client representative monitoring and reporting on construction schedules, quality control and overall risk management. His acquired knowledge and experience have enabled him to be trusted with important functions such as co-ordination and monitor the compliance of the quality of the works on multi-million-dollar projects such as recently commissioned I&M Bank (Rwanda) PLC and previously the Vision City Housing Estate Project.
He has gained experience covering the spheres of Project Management, EPC (Turnkey)Contract Management, Risk Management and Site Supervision.
Darcy’s Career objective is to obtain as much first-class experience, enhance his skills in core PM, Arbitration and Mediation service capability, and achieve mutual progress with the Clients. A background in Engineering has held him in good stead when it comes to understanding and explaining design ideas and plans clearly with contractors, suppliers and the Client body.
