Natalia Barroso is a Mechanical Engineer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, with a significant experience in construction arbitration across various regions. She has over 10 years of experience as Planning Manager for mega projects up to 2 billion USD. Since 2016 she has provided assistance to the appointed expert witness analysing complex programmes and producing data for the Expert Report across a broad-spectrum of projects.
Natalia brings wide ranging experience and technical expertise in programming to delay analysis in construction, preparation, of expert delay analysis, defence of claim submissions, assessment and audit of EOT entitlement.
