I have worked at the construction sector for consultancy, PMC and contracting companies in the MENA region, for a period extends to 14 years.
I have extensive experience on the development, administrating, construction and operation of major projects in the energy, onshore, offshore, residential and infrastructure sectors in the KSA and Egypt.
My expertise covers technical, contractual, commercial and legal areas, with familiarity with the FIDIC suite of contracts as well as adhok construction contracts. As well, I have a good experience in drafting and negotiation of EPC contracts and general commercial and corporate agreements.
Also, participated in varies litigation and arbitration dispute cases acting as a lawyer/ claimer/ defender.
