Dawn is an experienced commercial lawyer with particular experience and expertise in the resolution of complex and high-profile commercial disputes, including complex banking, finance, company, shareholder, construction, property, employment, and energy-related disputes encompassing international arbitration and litigation.

She conducts and has acted as lead counsel in international arbitrations under prominent institutional rules. She is an experienced litigator who has appeared at all levels of the Singapore courts, including as lead counsel. She also has a significant advisory practice, having represented and advised multinational corporations, numerous market-leading public and private companies, Singapore government-linked entities, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
