Seehajetdha Prasopsukcharoen specialises in complex litigation and arbitration. He advises clients on a diverse range of international and domestic business of all sizes including foreign individual clients working in Thailand regarding rights and obligations under the labour and employment laws.

Seehajetdha has developed his experience in private practice from reputable law firms by joining the team of top-ranked legal professionals in London and Bangkok for Pro Bono experiences. Prior to his current position, he began his legal career remarkably by accomplishing a high net-worth asset management project which he advised a multinational asset management company.

Admitted to the Lawyers Council of Thailand and was called to the Thai Bar as an extraordinary member. He is a young member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association. Seehajetdha is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London, United Kingdom who serves on the Board of Executive Committees of Thailand Chapter. He is elected as the ICC YAF Representative of Thailand. Seehajetdha is a Thai-Chinese who speaks professional English.
