Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators will be held at online* at 4pm BST on Thursday 9 September 2021.

AGENDA

• To receive apologies for absence.
• To approve the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 8 September 2020.
• To consider, and if thought appropriate, adopt the Annual Accounts, the Trustees' Annual Report and the Report of the Auditors for the year ended 31 December 2020.
• To authorise the Trustees to fix the remuneration of the auditors.
• Any other business.

No member save with the consent of the Chairman of the meeting may bring any matter before the meeting unless they have given not less than twenty-one days’ notice in writing to the Director General of their intention to raise the matter (Bye-Law 19.2). Notice in writing includes notice given by email which should be sent marked for the attention of the Director General to governance@ciarb.org.

Please note that the Annual Accounts and other papers for the AGM will be available for viewing here on the CIArb website.

* In line with the updated Coronavirus (COVID-19) Guidance for the Charity Sector published by the Charity Commission (last updated on 2 July 2021) the Trustees have determined that the 2021 AGM should take place in an online environment to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees.
