CIArb’s European Branch, Year in Review

CIArb’s European Branch celebrates the launch of its two new Chapters, Spanish and Russian for its year in review. The Spanish Chapter will be led by Chair Antonio Amusategui Batalla MCIArb, a prominent practitioner in Madrid. The Russian Chapter will be chaired by Natalia Gulyaeva FCIArb, and many others in Moscow, alongside Konstantin Kroll MCIArb and Andrey Panov FCIArb.

Significant progress on Advisory Centre for International Investment Law at UNCITRALIn 2017, UNCITRAL Working Group III (WGIII) was launched and was tasked with working on procedural reform of the investor state dispute settlement (ISDS) system. From 1-5 April 2024, Ciarb participated in the 48th session of WGIII in its capacity as an observer delegate.
