Director General Visits Dubai

"Earlier in December, the UAE Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators was delighted to welcome Anthony Abrahams, the Director General of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, to the UAE. The visit coincided with UAE National Day celebrations. Over 40 members and member guests attended the Director General’s Address, held on Monday 3 December 2018 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Jumeirah, Dubai.

Leonora Riesenburg, Chair of the UAE Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators said:

“It is always extremely valuable to have Anthony Abrahams in the UAE. The event made for an excellent opportunity for members to meet the Director General, hear of the exciting developments within the Institute and to interact with the executive. The timing of the visit was particularly opportune given the roll out of the new Golden Thread pathway programs in 2019. The Branch hosts a variety of events throughout the calendar year and looks forward to future events in the New Year.”
