Rules of arbitration discussed during DAW 2022

Ciarb UAE Branch were delighted to co-host a panel event with TAHKEEM (Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration) during Dubai Arbitration Week 2022. It was a pleasure to share the floor with a remarkable panel as they discussed the need of prescriptive rules and how arbitration can be efficiently conducted from the perspective of institutions, arbitration tribunal and disputing parties.
