New York Law School, in affiliation with the International Centre for Dispute Resolution and CIArb, will hold the Third Annual Commercial Dispute Resolution “Boot Camp” at London’s Institute for Advanced Legal Studies on 12-14 June 2019 in London.
This intensive two-day-plus course helps lawyers keep abreast of the fundamental issues implicated in negotiating, drafting and enforcing dispute resolution provisions in cross-border deals. The course provides basic training for attorneys and business people seeking an introduction to the rudiments of cross-border commercial dispute resolution, as well as an opportunity to meet some of the most accomplished practitioners in the field.
