Nina Fletcher

Executive Director of Membership and Education

Nina is responsible for the strategic oversight of Ciarb’s Education and Training reform programme, Ciarb’s membership services and member offer, Ciarb’s regional relationship managers, and its volunteer strategy. She joined Ciarb in April 2022 and has worked in the not-for-profit sector her whole career, firstly as a legal academic before moving into applied research, strategy development and then ultimately into operations leadership in professional bodies. Nina is a qualified leadership coach.
