The Chartered Institute has launched its Guidelines for Witness Conferencing in International Arbitration at a regional conference in Singapore on 23 April 2019.

The London Branch hosted a keynote speech from the Rt Hon Lord Neuberger of Abbotsbury, entitled “International Arbitration Post Brexit (?): A domestic ex-judge arbitrator’s perspective”.

CIArb Asia-Pacific Regional Conference 2019 was held on 23 April 2019 in Singapore. The conference was entitled “The Future of International Dispute Resolution: Innovation and Insights from the Asia-Pacific Region”.

On 12-18 April 2019 CIArb were present at the finals of the 26th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna.

CIArb European Branch with support of law firm Sayenko Kharenko, is organising the course “Module 1 – Law, Practice and Procedure of International Arbitration” in Kyiv in May – July 2019.
