The Board of Trustees comprises Elected and Appointed Trustees with the President attending as an ex officio non-voting member
The Institute's Standing Committees, Boards and Sub-Committees are responsible for achieving the object and charitable purposes of the Institute on a global basis.
The Board of Trustees has the power to publish a report of any action taken by the Institute against, or in connection, with a member; pursuant to the Schedule to the Bye-Laws of CIArb.
The Trustees' Annual Report and Accounts provide an overview of activity in that year.
The CIArb treats all parties alike. However, where parties are subject to sanctions the CIArb will need to take this into account.
Ciarb publishes, from time to time, additional documentation to support its governance.
